The music in Spy Hunter would restart incorrectly.  SpyPatch.exe corrects
this.

To install, simply place SpyPatch.exe anywhere on your hard drive (though
preferably in a directory to itself) and then run it to install the patch.

Do NOT delete SpyPatch.exe after you have run it.  The Midway Collection 2
CD must consult SpyPatch.exe each time it runs.  If you move SpyPatch.exe
to a different directory, run it again to update the patch.

If you have copied Spy Hunter to your hard drive, you should put 
SpyPatch.exe in the same directory with Spy Hunter.  You should then use
SpyHD.bat to run Spy Hunter.
